On Blue Ridge Parkway in Mtns of North Carolina

Spotted one WC 5er pulled over at an overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway this weekend, just outside of Boone, NC. Pulled with a white dually. Then spotted again on HWY 221 in the pouring rain on Sunday.
