New Loveseat
First topic message reminder :
Installed a new reclining loveseat in place of the ol' jack knife sofa. You all know how comfortable those are. I lucked up and found one that comes apart fairly easily and fit perfect. Matched our colors well. There is a weight difference there but I have already fabricated a set of adjustable slide jacks for support that works quite well. Can't wait to go try it out
Haven't quite got hang of posting pics yet so I hope I got the link posted to my Personal album on here so you can see the pics.

Re: New Loveseat
I think quite a few have backs that come off, but on ours it had a bunch of staples to remove to get to the clips and removing the bottom rail was easier. I don't think anyone would regret going this route with a new comfort zone.

Re: New Loveseat
You are 100% correct. The salesman told me if the lower back of the seat has velcro, then it will remove with no problem. I didn't know about that before.

Carpe Diem,
That looks very comfy. It might be something we would do sometime. Right now, we're satisfied with our hide-a-bed. I have a feeling a reclining love seat wouldn't add any weight to our slide, as that hide-a-bed is pretty heavy.

Re: New Loveseat
After seeing everyone else, we had to get one for our WC. Daughter can sleep on it, we can watch TV on it and camping dog can keep it safe while we are gone.

You are gonna enjoy it. I think our Cat was ok like it was but the reclining loveseat just makes it more like home. Enjoy!

We can't wait. We leave Thursday for a 3 -4 week trip. It should make a big difference while on the road.

Bob and Karyn,
The loveseat looks nice. Enjoy it, and have a great trip.

Re: New Loveseat
I had to add a beverage holder tonight to the new addition.
Bought these at wally world in the boating section for 5 dollars. I added one to the DW's side too.

Re: New Loveseat
Great idea Carpe!! I particularly like the fact that it folds up flat when not in use.

Re: New Loveseat
We've been discussing a drink holder. I want Scruffy to make one out of wood to match the cabinets, etc.

Re: New Loveseat
I have found marine accessories can find a home in the RV! Unfortunately when the words RV or marine are added, the price is doubled or tripled!
