Irish Crème

4 Eggs **
1 Cup of Whiskey
2 Tbsp. Chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Coconut Extract
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 cup of whipping cream

** Make sure your eggs are fresh with no cracks. If you have an issue with eggs you can use egg substitute.

DIRECTIONS
Put the whipping cream in a blender and whip until it thickens. Add the 4 eggs and chocolate syrup and blend again until the chocolate is mixed in. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix once more until all ingredients are blended. Keep refrigerated.

OPTIONAL INGREDIENT #1 Mix 1 Tbsp of instant coffee in an ounce of hot water and add to the mix before the final blending.

OPTIONAL INGREDIENT #2 Instead of the instant coffee you can add 1 ounce of crème de menthe before the final blending for a hint of mint in the Irish Crème.

This Irish Crème recipe is delicious as a stand alone drink over ice in the summer or added to hot chocolate during fall weather. CHEERS! clown
