Gorilla Bread
3 tubes buttermilk biscuits
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Mix sugar/cinnamon in a zip lock bag
Pull biscuits apart into little chunks and shake in sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Place in greased cake pan.
Carmel Sauce
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1-2 cup good vanilla ice cream
melt over low heat until nice and creamy
Pour mixture over the biscuits in the cake pan and bake @ 350 degrees for 15-20' give or take depending on your oven
I place my cake pan lid back on and flip the mixture over and let sit alittle. Then flip back over and dig in.
For a little added variation and a few more calories. Dont pull apart biscuits into such little chunks and instead flatten them out a little. Place a little spoon of cream cheese in the middle of the biscuit chunk and seal into a little ball. Roll the ball in the sugar/cinnamon mixture and follow the rest of the recipe.

Re: Gorilla Bread
Is that 1 to 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, or 1/2 cup?
It sounds delicious - and easy. Thanks.

Re: Gorilla Bread
When it comes to ice cream, always assume the higher amount!

I love cinnamin buns. I will have to try it and keep it away from the other half since she diabetic. She always has to try it even it is bad for her. I will use two cups of ice cream.
