Hello From Southern California
We have a 2007 31 QBH which we pull with our 2005 Dodge 2500 Ram 4x4 Cummins 5.9l. We try to get out once a month or two, generally stay local to Southern CA, mostly due to young children and not being able to travel far with them cooped up in the truck for more than a few hours. Our favorite destination is Vail Lake, east of Temecula, CA (about an hour from home in San Marcos, CA) where there are trees, fire rings, minature golf, pool, and lake. I like to fish, but don't get much time to do that with the location and young children.

Re: Hello From Southern California
Welcome. We've been in your area quite a few times over the past 25 years or so. Our son (and family) live in Vista, and their best friend lives in San Marcos. Lots of nice scenery and things to do around there.

Welcome to the forum. As you can see we too, are newer members. Been into RV's for a long time, but new to WC and newer to the forum. Hope you are able to glean lots of good info from it. Also hope you get a chance to do a little fishing, but most important is enjoying the outing and time with the family.
