Grilled salmon

Post by grover on 7/28/2008, 5:21 am

On our last trip I did a little fishing caught a few king salmon and decided to cook some up. Cut the salmon into bite size chunks then wrape them in bacon put a tooth pick through them and dip them in some barbique sauce of your liking and place on the grill till done I like to add more sauce while there cooking but they are great to eat all afternoon at the camp.
