Post by ffruff22 on 7/22/2008, 3:17 am

I just posted a few photos of our cat. After our trip this weekend, I will post some pics of things I have done inside....

Your Rig looks almost identical to ours. Same kind and color truck (except yours looks like a long bed) - usually you don't see too many green ones - the Cat looks the same from the side.
I uploaded a few photos last week.

I noticed the simularity earlier, except yours has a little more power. And yes, I have the LB (with a weather guard toolchest (below rail) in the front for tools and fire gear). As far as the green goes, they dont even offer it anymore.

I know, that's too bad. I think it is a great color.
If you ever consider a bug shield, talk to your local Linex dealer and see if he will spray you one, I didn't like the plastic bolt on ones and saw on another forum where one member did this. I had mine since three years now and it still looks great.

thats funny you should mention the bug guard. I bought the truck used (30K on it) and the front of the hood was chipped up horribly (15 chips every square inch). I think that it was towed behind a salt truck for a couple months. Anyways, I noticed that it was flaking from below in some areas so I took it into the dealer and they repainted the entire hood under warranty. Following that I had clear vinyl applied over the front of the hood, fenders and they even threw some on the flares. Aside from a small line, you can barley tell I have anything on there. I have had it on for about 60K now. Sorry, truck was a little dirty and a storm was rolling in.

LineX makes a great product, I am trying to come up with the $$ to get my bed and rails done......
