FL, St George Island - Dr Julian G. Bruce State Park
We drove through the St George Island, Dr. Julian G Bruce State Park. We were allowed 30 minutes free, if we were there longer, the fee would be $6.00 for each of us. It took the entire 30 minutes to drive from the gate to the campground, tour it, and drive back.
The road to the campground. There were places to pull over and walk to the other side of the dunes. We decided to save that for the ride back, but because we were almost out of time, we had to pass.

Three typical campsites. All of the sites have water and electric. There are no sewer hook-ups, but there IS a dumping station. Most of the sites are gravel, or maybe shells (we didn't get out and look). There are 3 handicapped sites by each of the comfort stations, and they are paved with cement.

Two comfort stations.

When you visit this state park make sure you have everything you need. It is a long ride back into town. Great place to visit and just go to the beach and relax. Love the park and only 4 hr drive.

Thanks for the pictures and the report, DW and I are planning a trip down along the FL Panhandle Coast this spring. Need to shovel the snow off the Wildcat, and are getting excited to see some SUN and better weather.
