Wildcat Touring Edition

Post by Wildcat Chris on 12/16/2011, 11:51 am

Wildcat's new Touring Edition Package is available on all Wildcat and eXtraLite fifth wheels and adds exterior eye appeal with an LED upgrade on the interior! Here's more info on it:

The package includes:
• Touring Edition Gunmetal Gel-Coat Fiberglass Cap with Integrated Docking Lights (dual mode LEDs)
• Touring Edition Automotive-Grade Graphics Package Upgrade
• Touring Edition Decorative Hitch Cover
• Touring Edition Charcoal Aluminum Skirt and Fender
• LED Interior Lighting Upgrade (!)

We're still building the standard white Wildcats, but there's a demand for this enhanced look in the marketplace as well as the LED interior lighting upgrade (which we've discussed on this forum in another thread). Please let me know what you think!

You're making this easier on me. I want a new one...and the DW wants me committed to a psych ward! All this new stuff might change her mind.

You're not too far away, you should come for a tour to see the new stuff in person. We're not too far from the shops of Shipshewana or the kitchen (or better yet, the bakery) of Middlebury's Essenhaus -- the other main industry in Elkhart County is tourism! I'm really excited by a lot of our new upgrades and the enhanced standard feature set we now offer. Hope the DW and you hit up a show or two in the new year to look at or newest 'cats!

Maybe I'll get to see the Touring Package during my tour on Monday. Looks sharp. Makes me wish my unit was paid off so I could trade up. Maybe Chris could get me an even swap for a 322rk on Monday? My old unit would make a good prototype with the 4-point level-up and the mods I've done. worthy

GREAT! Now the burning question because you've obviously figured out what LED bulbs work well for colour temperature and brightness. What kind are they and where can I get them!

thanks!

Let me see what I can find out on this topic (I've already been asked by a few other current Wildcat owners!). I talked with our LED supplier last week about the the possibility of current owners wanting to upgrade...

Haha. While we didn't quite work out this deal, your prototype is looking really good. Glad you could spend some time here at the plant today!

I enjoy the factory touring every time! Just wish it wasn't 8+ hours away. Thanks for showing me the new interior LED lights. I so want to upgrade to them!
