Marinated steaks.

We tried this marinade our in the hills last week, sure was good. Wife won't eat too much venison, so she got sirloin, but I used elk steaks with mine.

Marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp tyme
1/4 to 1/2 cup A-1 steak sauce. I like the bold and spicy.

Mix together in zip lock bag or I use the pressure vac containers.
Add steak and marinade. I added them to the marinade in the morning before we left the camper, and threw them on the grill in the late afternoon, when we returned. Wife and kids we crazy over them.

Sounds Great.... Maybe tonights Dinner.

mmmm. i put some duck on the grill last time we went out and i had to fight of un-welcomed guests!
