Camper height
I know what most will say...go measure. I have a 2006 28RK...has anyone measured the height of theirs ? The web site says it's 12'6"....is this the roof top or the top of the A.C. ?

Re: Camper height
That's the factory height; it should be to whatever the high point is. But you werre correct, you need to measure hooked to your vehicle. Need a long straight edge, a good level, a tape meaure of sufficient length and maybe a helper or two.

Re: Camper height
2007 28RK and mine measures 12' 11" at the top of the bedroom vent cover, which is the highest point on our Cat.
Tire size might also make a little difference in over-all height as well, as some come with 15s and others with 16s.
I think you'll be OK as long as your approaching overpass is 13' or higher. Any lower than that, and I'd advise ducking!

Re: Camper height
I'd measure your unit as each unit can vary. The factory spec for my trailer wasn't even close. Also added vent covers may change your height. Different tires, raised or lowered suspension, if your trailer isn't level when hitched to the truck will change your height. Also how much your unit weighs will change your height.
Be safe, hitch to the truck on level area, find your highest point and measure. Roof is curved so you can't measure ground to roof line. You have to use a straight edge and level to measure from bottom of straight edge while level to ground. Put straight edge on your highest point. It may be your a/c or a roof vent. On mine, its the bath roof vent cover. Will need at least two ppl.
