New Forum Header Pix

Post by schrowang on 12/6/2011, 10:35 am

Don't know whose it is or where it was taken, but the opening pix on the forum is one fine shot. Very, very sweet pix of a Cat set up on the campsite. Nice job and kudo's to whomever!

I calm down just by looking at it.

So do I...woke up this morning to snow on the ground. Gonna be a while before we can camp again.

Judging by the fire ring, I'm going to guess they are in one of Michigans State Parks.

Seems logical, but the TV is not a Michigan vehicle.

How did you determine that?

I'd say it's probably because there isn't a license plate on the front of the truck. Does Michigan require plates on front and back? Texas does, but I know that not all states do.

No front plate in Michigan.

As I recall there was when I lived there from 1976 to 1988. Has there been a change?

Yeah...there was a change, but I sure don't remember what year. It's been so long I actually forgot there was a front one at one time. You can see in my sig pic...no front plate.

John

Edit: Curiosity got the best of me so I looked it up. As of April 1, 1981, front plates were no longer required.
