Re-enforcement of front storage tray

Post by John&ConnieNeeley on 11/16/2011, 7:26 am

After bringing home the 313RE yesterday, I was checking my storage compartment for placement of some tote boxes when I noticed a big gap between the sheet metal tray and the front storage compartment door due to the "3" screws holding it were either loose or gone. I knew replacing them was not going to stop them from backing out again, so I went to my workshop and got out the trusty Pop Rivet gun and 7 pop rivets and replaced the screws, evenly spacing them out. With luck, they wont back or pull out like the screws.... Maybe someone from the factory will see this and do the same on new ones??
