Witches brew
Help...I am curious about the "witches brew" for waxing an rv, can't remember the orginal poster of this. Coincidentally, I was waxing the fiberglass roof of my class a yesterday and my neighbor tells me his father uses a turtle wax mixture to wax his, he was going to find out the ingredients.
This is probably in line with the "witches brew". I am just wondering if it would work with other liquid waxes? And if my neighbor's dad has a different brew that works, I will share with forum.
I am in Cajun country, a good wax concoction is kinda' like a good cajun meal. You will never know what blends well together until you try, i.e.- crawfish tails and scrambled eggs!
Wait, don't knock it, until you try it.
I enjoy the different forums, all kinds of expertise out there and the willingness of others to share.

Re: Witches brew
to the forum. Even though you don't have a Wildcat, please feel free to participate as much as you want. Ask questions or offer help. A lot of problems RVers have are sort of universal no matter what type of rig we use. This was covered recently, so I remembered where to look. One of our members posted this recipe:
Recipe for those who do not have it.
spray bottle
1 cup liquid turtle wax
1 cup water
1 teaspoon dawn dish soap
To read the entire thread on this, go to "General Camper Topics" and scroll down to "Waxed the Cat." I think there were other suggetions about washing and waxing... especially note any comments about decals.

Re: Witches brew
They do look a lot alike - only ours didn't have wings, even though it has "wing" in it's name.
Many happy memories of that trailer, and we wish we still had it. We'd take it on tin can rallies.
