I'm planning to tour the factory again when I go back to Indiana, so I should have more pics. When the time gets near, I'll see if anyone has any picture requests of a certain floor plan or feature and or option.

Looking forward to your next visit, Earl. Let me know in advance when you'll be in the area so I can get some units setup for you to review!

I appreciate the positive comments I've read here. I hope you can and will see that we've been listening and trying hard to continuously improve our product. Your input is important and we're blessed to have you as customers.
I welcome all of you to visit the factory and take the tour. Just let me know if you're going to be in the area and we'll accommodate!

*Update* Pics from my Dec 2011 Tour *Update*
Here are some more pics from my latest tour. Just some pics of the LED lights, E-range tires, and the rear hitch. Also pics of built Wildcats. The last two pics are of my unit at the factory.

Thanks Earl for the great pictures and thanks Chris for your cooperation. I really appreciate getting to see some of the different plans and especially enjoy getting to see some of the plant pictures. Chris, is there a chance that we all may be able to take a virtual tour of the plant via the Internet?

I was happy to have Earl as a guest again. His 28RK looked great and our service team took good care of him. He was actually able to walk the facility with our engineer, who definitely provides another view point of our manufacturing process. I hope it shows how deeply invested we are in constantly improving our product for our customers. We get great feedback from our current customers (who we hope will consider us again when the time comes) and that helps our new customers get the best Wildcat we can build.
As for an online plant tour, I'll run that by my general manager and see what he thinks. Obviously, this isn't exactly a top secret facility, but I do know that our competition monitors this forum and I'd hate to tip them off about any of our "special projects" or R&D before we're ready to produce!

Chris is correct. The service dept did a great job on my trailer. I will be posting before and after pics on here this weekend. They installed so many new parts I have to make up a list.
Trailer looks brand new. Got to met Rod Batts and the service manager but I don't recall his name.

Tell me about it! I so want a Sterling 32RK. I'm thinking about hitting a dealer and see if they will cut me a good deal for my trade and on a new factory ordered 32RK. If no money out of pocket and my payment stays about the same, I may go for it.

I was hoping a new sterling was gonna be under the tree from Santa but I guess he forgot me. Hopefully soon.

This question is probably in the wrong section but, my light fixture is the same one in Mopar_Earls 3rd picture. I'm embarrased to say I can't get the darn bulb out. I think it has the BA15s (1156) base but it wont budge. I'm trying to get some LED's for it but until I get it out, I'm not sure. Thanks Gary

Might have 912 or 921 bulbs that you pull straight out without twisting.
