It's in!! It's in!!

Post by cherrykiss3 on 10/31/2011, 11:34 am

Just got a call from the dealer I ordered my WC from and it came in today. OMG..I can't wait to see it. It is in TX so I have a 9 hour drive down there. Hope to go later this week after I talk to my DS who lives down there. I am getting the WC313RE. The part that sold me the most of all the models I looked at is the level up system since I am alone. I am so excited I am beside myself. My birthday is this Friday so I have a great birthday present. Laughing I will stay down there for a week to learn everything and make sure it all works right then come home.

welcome to the forum and the WildCat family, I have the same model and we have been traveling in it for 5 months now and really enjoy it. I can tell you that you will love the 6 point level up system its sure sweet, especially after you watch people without it go through their leveling procedure.

If you haven't already do a search on this forum for 'PDI CHECK LIST' it will tell you things to take with you and what to check during your pre delivery inspection. Besure to take your time on the inspection and ask questions. Enjoy your new Wild Cat. Happy Birthday

Congratulations. I know you will love it. As has been stated, go over it with a fine tooth comb. Don't take it until they have fixed anything you have a question about.

Congratulations and happybirthday . Enjoy your new trailer. sunny

Tim,
Sorry about all that snow. Spring will come before you know it... not a whole lot of comfort there, but it IS something to look forward to.

At least some good will come from your cold weather. Are your roads passable?

We haven't been checking the Dallas area weather. We were starting to get some rain before we left, so that was good. The weather in central Florida has been very pleasant. We'll be heading over to Disney World this morning.

Tim sorry to hear about the snow. I will be thinking about you when it is in the 60's and 70's while I am in TX. sunny I am not ready for snow yet but it is coming soon here in KS.

Cherry, thanks for thinking of me when its 60 and 70!!!! hahhaha Wink

Does northeastern KS get alot of snow you must be some cold in the winter with the cold comin down from Canada...

Tater, our roads are fine at least in my area that is... I'm on the NH boarder...I'm sure parts of south western NH my have some tree damage still around but its nowhere near as bad as the ice storm of a few years ago...

Enjoy your stay in FLA.

Cherry, drive safe and have fun...

Well life has gotten in the way of going after my 5er!!!

This is not a good wk for my son so I changed and was going to go this coming Monday. Now WORK has gotten in the way. I still work part time. Now I have to work next week and I was already scheduled to work the next week after. So now I will go down the Sunday before Thanksgiving to my sons to get the WC.

I could have gone ahead and gone Monday but with the holidays coming up and things slow up for the company I work for I thought I should go ahead and get the time in now.

I called the dealer and they are fine with me waiting until then to come down to pay for it and do the PDI. I told my boss that I would take that week off and go down early for the turkey. lol

Darn life anyway. lol Yes we get our share of snow. Usually comes right straight across from Denver. I was to get an inch last night and so glad that did come to truition! It is sunny and windy today but no snow!!

Make sure the dealer gives you a copy of the Forest River optional 2nd year warranty paper. You only have a few days to buy it once you take delivery. Some dealers don't give you the paper with your other paper work. Mine even played dumb and said they didn't have it but they did and I got mine. Mine was 250 bucks if I remember. I highly recommend you buy it.
