Trying to get in touch with Forest River... HELP!

Post by More Cowbell on 10/26/2011, 10:43 am

I'm trying to get in touch with Forest River concerning some repair work I need on my 2004 29BHBP. Does anyone have a way to get in touch with someone? I've E-Mailed several times, but no reply... scratch

Somewhere on here there is a post with a phone number for Rod Batts. He seems to wear the blue union suit with the red cape at FR's Wildcat division. I'd do a search.

Well Duke, that is a question that I'm hoping to get answered if any of my e-mails / phone calls get returned...

I have some delaminating fiberglass on one side of my 29BHBP that, i thought, would be better left to the manufacturer to repair. It was apparently caused by a leaky rear trunk which I fixed myself, now dry as a bone, but the fiberglass repair is way beyond my capacity. I've seen posts on here of people getting theirs (fiberglass delam) fixed under warranty, but thought I'd give it a try to get mine fixed under cash... My local RV dealer said they could do the job, but just thought the people who built it would have the upper hand in getting the job done right the first time.
