Thankfully, and perhaps suprisingly, you don't hear about this type of incident happening very often. So sad.

Heartwrenching. RVs go up in flames very quickly, and it really is surprising we don't hear about deaths more often. Maybe it's because RVs are supposed to be equipped with working smoke alarms or maybe it's because of their size that a way out (door, breakaway window) isn't far away.
