Fun couple of days at the race track.

Post by Maxtor on 9/14/2011, 3:46 am

We had an all Corvette couple of days at the Thunderhill road course. 3.0 miles of fun each lap. It was a fun event. With 606 hp from our supercharger, none of the other Corvettes could pass us in the straight, but there was some brave souls, "Good drivers" who took the corners like AJ Foyt and went flying by us. We had 74 Vettes on the cruise the day before. I think there was about 50 that ran the track, not all of them were in the photo. Everyone seemed to have a great time. It was unusual to see 74 Corvettes winding through the country roads east of Maxwell. Two of the participants came from Utah, although most were from California.
Which of the two black Corvettes below do you like best? The one on the left or right?

Yes,, my friend has the Z06 with 505 hp. It is a very nice car. Even with our Z51 suspension, his suspension is a little bit better. He can pass us in the curves, but with 606 hp, we can walk away from him on the straight. Come on out here, and take a demo ride.
