Richardson Grove Redwoods State Park
We are thinking of staying here next year and need some input. We tent camped here when our kids were young (18 years ago) and we loved it. Now we have to consider site length. I see on the www.reserveamerica.com site that they do have a few 45 plus foot sites but i would like some input from anyone who has stayed here and can reccommend some specific sites.
Thanks in advance.............Jim

Alright, went down early and checked it out ourselves. Like so many Cal parks i didn't really see anything big enough to reserve. Pitty, this is such a nice place.
We ended up at Burlington campground next to the visitors center in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. There are a few sites here that are big enough to hold our 28RK but it can be a tight fit getting around some of the corners. I don't think i would recommend trying to get anything bigger in this campground. If anyone wants specific site numbers for future reference let me know.

Thanks for the preview. I've been in 2 campgrounds where I could barely make it through, and that with quite a few backups. It's good to know ahead of time what awaits you.
