Chicken Caesar Wraps
Fixed this for dinner tonight. It was delicious, and a great meal for a hot day.
Chicken Caesar Wraps
3/4 cup lite creamy Caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Caesar salad croutons, chopped coarsely
2 cups grilled chicken breast (about 1/2 inch cubes)
4 cups torn romaine
6 8-inch flour tortillas
In a large bowl, combine the dressing, cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Add the croutons, chicken and romaine. Spoon 2/3 cup chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll up.
Six servings
Note: We marinate and grill a bunch of chicken breasts and then freeze them. We take out what we need to prepare a meal. We usually make a fajita style marinade for this.

Had watermelon for dessert. It was good, too.

Do you ever salt your watermelon to make it sweeter?

Re: Chicken Caesar Wraps
Yes, we do salt our watermelon. We also salt grapefruit to make it sweeter.
