New to here, but not new to camping. The family went quite a bit when I was younger, but got rid of the camper back in the early 80's. Now my wife and I have decided that our kids, currently 3 and 4 are old enough to really enjoy camping. So last year we picked up a 29BHS from a local dealer who was trying to close out his 2010 inventory before the end of the year. So far we are loving it. Th 29BHS really works out well for us with a separate bedroom in the rear for the girls that will actually sleep four, for those times when they are older and we allow them to bring a friend and still gives us some privacy and place to escape from giggling girls for a while. It's amazing how much we have ended up using the camper. We have taken short trips about once every six weeks and there are enough campgrounds around here that we can easily find one within an hours drive to just go on a weekend trip on a whim. We started out pulling it with a 2003 GMC 1500, that was a little scary going up Afton mountain, so this year have replaced the tow vehicle with a 2011 Chevy 2500. So far we have met a lot of nice people and the girls can hardly wait for the next trip.

I'm sure you will have a great time with your family. Reminds me of my time with my girls but back then we were tent campers

Our Admin is great. He keeps this forum churning very well. Even though he sometimes gets bogged down with work, he still finds time to handle the minor problems with the program that sometims pop up.
