Camping World, Byron GA

Post by Admin on 6/13/2011, 11:54 am

Wow, gotta give props to the manager at camping world in Byron,GA. My nieces travel trailer didn't have the sway control bar on the hitch so they drove down from Knoxville to byron ga to meet up with us. They'd been pulling the TT with a F250 but bought a new Suburban and it was throwing them all over the road pulling the TT. So we stopped in Byron at camping world and the manager there helped us out. We wanted to install it ourselves to save a few bucks, so he said no problem, and told us to pull up to the front door, and there was a power supply next to the entrance. luckily I had my drill but not the right size bit, No problem again, he went to one of his mech and got us a couple of bits to use. After we installed it, we were scratching our heads not knowing 100% sure we installed it right, No problem again the manager had the mech come out and look it over. Gave us a few pointers on it and we were done. We gave the Mech a tip. So had a great experience at Camping world Byron,GA. Its amazing what a 60 dollar sway bar can do. My nieces husband could drive with one hand on the wheel after the install.

Great customer service. Scruffy says that customer service is the thing that gets people to come back.

The thing is , they should keep that same attitude when their busy to. I've been in there when business was booming and service was lacking. Maybe why they have a new manager
