What is it?
One I purchaced at a hardware store. The other I purchased with some hobby equipment. Used for two completely different reasons.

They are little pry bars - miniature crowbars. The top one might be called a Jimmy Bar - can't determine the size. Scruffy has one that's about 8 inches long x about .5 inches wide. He uses it pretty often for prying nails out of walls, etc.

Top one is a nail puller/pry bar.
Bottom one is a paint scraper

The top one is called a wonder bar I have one of those the bottom one I agree with Spectout paint scraper

The other I purchased with some hobby equipment.
The first is a mini crobar. The second can be used as a paint scraper, but there is a particular hobby/profession that uses this tool. It's a sweet little tool to have.
