Concertone !!!
First topic message reminder :
Pulled my fifth wheel out today. Everything works except the radio/dvd/cd...The red light is on but I cannot turn it on by pushing the button or using the remote. I put a new battery in just in case it was an easy fix. Still getting ready for a short trip so if anyone has a suggestion I'm all ears. I'm ready for a cold one or two but I still have work to do.

Re: Concertone !!!
Well I finally heard from Rod. He has offered to replace our Concerttone with the Genesis. I have to send him the Concerttone first for testing. Is the Concertone easy to remove? Is it pretty much plug and play? What does it take to enlarge the opening for the new unit?

4 screws to remove the concertone. unplug antenna and 2 plugs, enlarge hole about 1/2 inch with jigsaw and then plug in Genesis, put in 4 screws and done! If I did it, anyone can. So far no problems with my Genesis unit.

Maybe getting a "Genesis" means a new beginning for years of trouble-free entertainment.

When Forest River repaired my side wall, they also replaced my Concertone with the Genesis. It has HDMI out and bluetooth! Its a sweet unit and retails for $699.95. Will take pics and post it.
