SPOTS ON THE CAT

Hello all, Spring is here finially. Washed the cat down this weekend and noticed little black spots on the side of the cat. Buddy says its some type of mold. There raised spots about 1/16 in dia. stuck on hard can scrap of with finger nail but leaves brown spot on surface and you rub like the dickens to get it off. tried goof-off gas mineral spirits nothing working. Any Ideas?

Here in cow country they are usually caused by FLYS eeeuw.

Try a good rubbing compound or a good cleaner wax is what I have had good luck with.. And dont forget the good old elbow grease
