Insulation

I have started converting a Workman's cabin at work into a more environmentally friendly unit. and I have come across an insulation material (YSB Super quilt) that is multi layered, has the the equivalent insulation value of 250mm of rock wool but is only 40 mm thick, and very light. I will hopefully be using the off cuts to insulate the locker doors on my cat.
