concertone Zx75 need advice on installing

we have a 2009 Forest River with the Concertone ZX 75 we have alarm problems whci we just turned down the sound, but now the DVD does not play, Does anyone know how to remove it and reinstall a new one.
Any information much appreciated

Welcome to the forum, Depending on your model of cat the outside bezel can be pried off and there are screws that hold it in place.

If you post what unit you have, I am sure someone with the same type unit will jump in with a more detailed response

Bob with Concertone will probably chime in and help you. The A chassis models you pry off the outer trim to get to the mounting screws. The pry openings are on the bottom of the unit. Not sure about your chassis B.

On My ZX75 if you look on the sides it has two sloted holes that you put a screwdriver into to release the clip that holds the covers that hide the screws just be careful not to damage the plastic.
