New replacement converter for Cat - Piece of cake

First topic message reminder :

Just to share - I decided to take out the factory converter and replace with 3 stage converter so I don't boil the battery :x . I used this kit -

Following the directions and pics - took about 30 minutes and works well. I have no relationship to best converter other than a happy customer.

Don't know if mine was a one or three stage but I leave it plugged in when ever we are home and hardly ever had to put water in the battery, but alas after seven seasons the converter went out this last trip. Ordering the 55amp replacement from Best Converter.

I was thinking about replacing everything with a 50 Amp service. Well I have a generator in my WC and that will not happen. Would have to change transfer switch, rewire the generator and rewire the WC. Not that froggy.
