Shower Skylight Shade Install/Mod
Below are pictures of the Carefree of Colorado skylight shade that I installed in my shower. It just barely fit and will stop the UV's from destroying my shower plastics. Will probably act as some insulation from heat and cold. Would work great to block light for those with showers in their bedrooms. I also installed one for my Kitchen skylight

Nice job Earl, can YOU use the shower when its closed?
I'm 5'-11" tall, and my head would hit the ceiling if it wasnt for the skylight.

Tom,
Yes I can use the shower either way but I won't use the shower with the shade out. I only put it in to block the UV light from the plastics. My shower head is already sun bleached. I'll probably only use the shade when the trailer isn't being used and during winter storage.

Re: Shower Skylight Shade Install/Mod
That's the only size outside of the 14x14.
As I posted in the other kitchen shade thread, I have 4 of these installed. They are great, but don't keep them closed all the time. They will cook the plastic trim on the skylight over time. There's a lot of heat trapped in the space above the shade.
I'm 6'3 so I have to shower with it opened up. I barely fit as it is.
