'05 31QBHS (Bunk House) for sale

We bought this camper new in 2005 and have really enjoyed it, but have decided to sell it. Its a 31 ft fifth wheel bunk house in good condition, it can sleep up to 10 people, 6 comfortably. It has the queen size bed over the hitch, tub/shower combo, with a vanity/sink, the tv area has been professionally mod'ed to fit up to a 32" flat panel tv, has built in am/fm/dvd player with surround sound and sub-woofer. The back area has four bunks, two length wise two width wise with the camper. The tires and wheels have been upgraded to 16" load range E tires and five spoke alum. wheels. The original pin box has been replaced with a fifth airborne hitch, which helps give a really smooth ride. We've pulled this camper to Alaska and back with no issues.
