bet that is not cheap and it will not pull the cat, but for people that have a really long 5er it would save on the walking loll!:

TAter its the honda U3x personal mover,,,, you can look it up on youtube, its really neat. like a segway but more like george jetson looking. one wheel, a little seat and you ride it like a drunk on a bar stool.

There has just been a court ruling over here that makes it illegal to ride a Segway on any public footpaths or roads. So I imagine this would go the same way, hundreds of £s to buy but no where to ride
