Baked Cranberry Sauce
This is SO good!
Baked Cranberry Sauce – Easier than cooking on stove – No messy cooktop, and tastes better, too
2 bags fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
3 cups sugar – or Splenda
3 tablespoons water
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a 2.5 to 3-quart casserole dish.
3. Cover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries pop.
4. Let cool slightly then cover and chill until ready to serve.
