Hayes RV Center, Longview, TX

I was finally able to get my TV to the dealer for the Reese 16K install that replaced the defective Pullrite 15K. The dealer is haggling with Pullrite about warranty but they have completely refunded to me the cost of the pullrite. (applied toward the Reese and cut me a check for the difference) They also replaced my TV tailgate, even having a body shop match the paint exactly. (not that it needed painting, but Hayes RV told the body shop to be sure it matched)

Since I was out of town when the first freeze was due and they knew I had come straight to them from the campground, they winterized my Cat at NO CHARGE.

Everyone at Hayes RV Center has been courteous and gone past what I ever expected from them. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

BobnPi, your experiences with Hayes are not unique. I've dealt with Hayes Trailer Sales in Longview for about 10 years. They are absolutely great people; at least twice they went way beyond merely good customer service and gave me truly excellent can't-be-beat customer service. I'm so lucky to have them as a dealer.
