New type of trailer brake controller

Post by Mopar_Earl on 12/5/2010, 11:30 am

I came across an ad for this trailer brake controller that plugs into the OBDII connector of your truck. It uses data from the trucks computer systems to tell deceleration and how much. Seems like a cool way to go about it. I haven't tried the product. Just passing it along.

Looks interesting....

Is $295 a decent price for a brake controller?

If it's good it is. I paid 400 or 500 bucks for my brakesmart 5 years back. Get what you pay for, that's for sure.
