EPDM Roof Warranty

I bought a used 2004 Wildcat 29BHBP. I was on the roof yesterday and saw that along the outer edges the rubber roof felt to be bulging with an approximately 2" wide bubble under the rubber along the entire circumference of the roof.

1) Is this normal?
2) Am I still covered under the "12 year" warranty as the second owner of the trailer?

Thanks for all the help on this forum. I've been reading the topics for a week straight learning all I can about this trailer.

12 year warranty is a wear through warranty.....

If the bubbles are along the edge, I wouldn't worry about them unless they continue to get bigger,

I would have it checked. It may be something that can be fixed easily and may prevent an expensive repair later. At least you will know whats going on with the roof.

It's normal for roofs without rounded corners to have that happen. Mine has been that way since shortly after I bought it. I would watch it and if it starts to spread, it will need some attention but mine has never gotten worse.
The roof warranty covered only the material, not the installation.
