Electric wiring harness on the large slide out qbbs

Post by rekop2500hd on 10/28/2010, 6:43 am

I have had the dealership replace this harness 2x. both times it come off by pulling the plastic away from the metal screws. The wire harness has a plastic strip that the wires attach to. But when it pulls away it swings down by the rear tires on the drivers side. good thing is that when we are moving the harness blows away from the tires. Any one else have this problem.
I just use a bunjie cord to give it more flex. backoff

On my 30 LSBS the cables on the rear end of the slide is quite close to the tyres (tires), but I am glad the cables and GAS pipe fold towards the front of the slide (Same slide) that keeps them a little further from the danger of getting damaged from the wheels tyres and blow outs.
