SPICY TINFOIL CHICKEN
Just have to share... quick, easy, and healthy.
Spray individual piece of aluminium foil with Pam non-stick spray.
Put frozen chicken breast in the middle, top with canned green beans and corn. Top with your favorite salsa. Wrap and bbq, or bake, which ever works for you!!
Use however many beans and corn, or just choose one!!
YUMMY!!

Re: SPICY TINFOIL CHICKEN
Sounds good. I love a recipe that has just a few ingredients.

Re: SPICY TINFOIL CHICKEN
You can also do this with ground beef, carrots and potatos. Just make a hamburger steak, cut the carrots and potato into bite size pieces, wrap in foil (the really heavy foil) and toss in campfire coals. (never put directly in fire, rather pull some coals to the side) Cover with a few more coals and in a bit, you have a really nice meal. Besides your normal seasoning, sprinkle with a bit of Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning. Warning... I'm from Louisiana and lived near New Orleans for a few years. If you eat one of these that I made, be prepared to have your mouth talk back to you.
