Book Holders

Book Holders
We use the space between the upper cabinets in our slide for books, but they are always a mess from bouncing around while we're traveling.
I had a couple small shipping boxes from Amazon and made book/magazine holders, fashioned after the magazine holders that are available in office supply stores. I made them in 2 different shapes to accomodate different size books.

The two boxes cut to size.

Boxes covered with wood-grain Contact.

Testing to see how books will fit.

All set up in trailer, with one section available for paperback books or CD Roms.

Re: Book Holders
That's a great idea, but that reading material, DOS for Dummies and two books on Vegas. Hmmmm, I'm thinking someone might be planning an attempt to reprogram slot machines in Vegas.

Re: Book Holders
I can't imagine anyone wanting to stay in our little bathroom long enough to read even a short article in a magazine. Besides, with just one bathroom, that just isn't allowed.
If you really NEED a magazine rack in your bathroom, you could make one like the one in the bottom right hand photo -

Scruffy made that one in a short time using scrap wood. You can also buy one from a trailer supply store.

That shelf space, in the slide, belongs to my wife's bears.

Tater,
Thanks for the info. I have been thinking about getting a store bought mag rack for the bathroom. My bathroom is huge and three to four people could be in it, though I wouldn't recommend it. lol

Re: Book Holders
I was going to put seasonal decorations in that space. That idea got old real soon.
Now we have books. They look okay.
