How big of solar panels?
I would like to have some opinions on what size solar panels I would need to keep my batteries charged for dry camping. We do not watch TV or run the microwave. We just use the lights and water pump. Most of our dry camping trips are usually week long ones,But we would like to go for 2 weeks.Any suggestions are appreciated.

Re: How big of solar panels?
I have a 105A panel and two 100A batteries. We dry camp and the system has no trouble keep the batteries charged even when we watch a couple hours of TV per night. Of course it all depends on how much sun you have.
This site has some good info.

I installed a 135 watt panel this summer along with 4 - 6 volt golfcart batteries. I got my solar from Northern Arizona Wind & Sun, Flagstaff, AZ. They seem to have pretty good prices.

I did the same as Bighorn ram but mine is portable. I use it when I dry camp and when I am done it goes into storage.
