I thought I woke up in America
Just spent the weekend at the Lincoln Motor home show, when I woke on Saturday morning I thought I was in America

I was the only 5th wheel on this field of RV,s I did find another 3 Wildcats both 2011 28RKBS models one brand new for sale the other two doing the happy camping. There were about 20 other 5th wheels on the site and 250 American motor homes and at a guess up wards of 600 european motor homes and caravans.

Re: I thought I woke up in America
Waking up and seeing all the American made motors around you would be a shock. Great pictures and hope you enjoyed the show. I have seen a few of the European motor homes in the states that people ship over to travel in while on holiday. Lots of people are down sizing now because of the cost of fuel. I know that we are lucky compare to the fuel prices in European counties.

Price. value for money, size, features and of course the wow factor.
Google Brownhills Motorhomes in the U.K. and you will see what I mean.
When I was first looking for a motor home I could not afford some European model. Then there was the size thing, 20 ft by 7'6''
with an engine in the front, left not a lot of room. So I purchased my first American motor home a little 34ft Georgie boy.
Which I kept for 7 years until I thought I would have a change, hence the Wildcat

A European motor home. of the same age. Same money.
