etrailer.com on Wildcat Camper Forum
Hello All,
My name is Patrick and I'm at etrailer.com. Some of you have shopped with us before and know who we are. Recently we have decided to start getting involved on forums across the web. As you all know, forums are a great tool for finding help and information when it comes to towing.
What we aim to do, is bring the product knowledge and information that we have to the forums that our customers are already using. We can also get to know our customers better and learn what products work the best so we can better help customers that call or email in. The Admin here, Phil, has very kindly set up a forum for industry reps to bring information. The forum is called "Towing Help and Info."
Over the years, we have developed help articles and videos to help our customers install and the use the products we offer, so you will see some of this information start to collect in that forum. What I would really like to do, is help with the specific needs of this forum. If you guys have towing questions or product questions, please post them up in that forum and between myself and the rest of the forum members, you should get an answer pretty quickly. I know that I will learn more from all of you than I can hope to teach, but I hope our efforts will help some along the way.
For those of you that are curious, here's some background info on etrailer.com. Etrailer dates back to 1946 when Henry Bross started an RV park and service station. As time passed the parts demand in the region grew. In 1976 a massive show room, warehouse and installation facility was built. With the advent of the internet and e-shopping, the business evolved and grew into a national effort and brought forth etrailer.com. We are now based in Wentzville, MO, right off I-70, with a large warehouse and office complex where both our Customer Service and Web Content departments are. Here is a link to our complete About Us page.

I'm sure you will. The first forum I got involved with, I posted in the welcome thread and immediately learned about two products we hadn't heard of so I stopped and talked with one of my supervisors about it.
I will learn more from you all than you will learn from me. I just hope I earn my keep.
Thanks for letting us join the forum.

Sean,
Currently we only ship US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and FPO/APO addresses. This can change in the future, but I don't know what would need to happen. I'll talk to a couple people around the office and see what I can find out.

Re: etrailer.com on Wildcat Camper Forum
Hi. Patrick, thanks for the quick response. I have just emailed your company about some parts that I need and hopefully they might oblige.
Obviously in time I will not be the only person in the U.K. that has this problem, but I am acting sooner rather than later. Follow this link for more details.
