pantry door

Post by Jim&Dianne73 on 8/20/2010, 9:43 am

We can't keep our pantry door closed on our 31ts . The dealer put new catches on the door but it keeps coming open if we leave the stuff in the cabinet. Anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it. Thanks Jim

We have a 31TS, but haven't had this problem. We did have our drawers dropping out until I put a few washers behind the guides. Sorry can't help on the door issue.

Something in the pantry may bounce into the door, pushing it open. Might want to try one of those adjustable spring loaded curtain rods to keep the stuff in place.

Just an idea, but you might want to install 3 or 4 of the magnet latches if you are having a lot of trouble.

Velcro solves many problems. We had problems with our drawers on each side of our table coming out as we traveled, until I used the square patch velcro. I also use velcro for the sliding closet doors, and it works great also.
