Electric brakes
I have had an email from Dexter the manufacturer of electric brakes, does any one know if these brakes are fitted on a wildcat. I don't have a manual for the brakes

Sean:
Look at the Tag that is on the Axles. That will tell the maker and the size of the axle.
I have Al-Ko axles On our 5th wheel trailer.
Here is the wed site for Dexter axle.

Re: Electric brakes
US axles all share the same bolt pattern for the brake to the axle flange. Also all drums are interchangable as well within the same size. There are different size brakes and there are left and right sides. You can replace same size "other" brand with Dexter brand brakes. Unless you have some odd axles, you can buy Dexter brake assy and mount them to your axles and reuse your brake drums.

Re: Electric brakes
Dexter and Lippert both do a electric brake with a hand brake mechanism. Just waiting for availability and pricing from both company's.
