The cat at home and away

Post by Sean on 8/17/2010, 10:46 am

Here are a couple of pictures of poddy parked up at home waiting to get away again and of poddy out and about. As you can see parking is a bit tight at home the gates are 12'6'' wide and when I am straight for unhitching I have 4' before I hit the kerb

Very nice Sean! That is a tight fit in that driveway for sure. I have a tight fit getting into my driveway (kinda narrow, and a narrow street, and a 5' deep and 5' wide drainage ditch), but once I get it in the driveway, it's a piece of cake!

Same 12'6" through the gate then it opens up to 14-18' as I go back some 70' to the rear fence. We just go sloooooow, use a spotter with walkie-talkies. Cool

That's some tight parking. The DW and I spent 10 days in the UK last summer in and around the Bristol area. Two retired school teachers gave us an awesome tour of areas the large tour buses couldn't get to. The one lane roads with the tall hedge rows were something we were not accustomed to. Can't imagine trying to pull your WC down one of those. affraid

Hi Frank, just came back from having a few days away, so have not been near a computer, The chevy is Left hand drive which makes things slightly easier for me to park in my drive and driving narrow roads.
, BobnPi, just return from a few days away and the site wardens pruned a tree so that we could park more easy
