rancho adjustable shocks

anyone out there with rancho 9000 adjustable shocks. what settings do you use for towing and not towing?

I used to have them on my old truck. You'll get lazy after a while to get under the truck to change them, unless you buy the air adjustment. I bought Bilsteins for the truck I have now.
