Is this normal and Congratulations

Since I purchased my Cat I thought I had just the right unit, but the more I look at the forum I see I was totally wrong. No manufacturer build the unit that really suits any of us, we all want/need to make changes to make it more individual or just to make it better. I do hope that some of the manufacturers look at these forums and see the improvements that some of there owners do. Some are just out of choice but a lot are out of necessity just to make the unit function as it should do with ease, and no worries about problems arising due to silly little over sights, (like no protection for the under side in case of a blowout/ rear bumpers' that can barely hold there own weight let alone a push bike or even the spare wheel.
I would like to congratulate all the contributors on there foresight and ingenuity and willingness to impart this information to all of us
