Cats Spotted in NC

First Cat I saw today was at Smithfield KOA. They were leaving this morning. I did not get chance to make contact with them.
Second Cat was at the south bound I-95 Rest Stop about 99 mile marker at 11 to 11:30 am.
I was heading north on I-95
