Second bathroom on 32QBT?

Post by JohnKoz on 7/17/2010, 12:38 am

Hi,

Our family is seriously interested in a Wildcat 32QBT, we love the windows, front-bunk (L-shape) and the second bathroom option.

But I can’t seem to find a picture of a rig with the 2nd bath installed, I wanted to see how the main cabin looks with the space removed, and the entry from the master bedroom. Not to mention just what the bathroom might look like.

Does anyone out there have a 32QBT with a second bathroom?

Thanks

-John

First off Welcome to the forum. You will find a great amount of information here and sometimes even entertainment.
We have a 32qbbs while looking at this model with the second bath we decided we could walk the extra 10 feet to the other much larger bathroom area. Not taking the second bath option we saved the entertainment center that we use outside most of the time that we watch TV or listen to music.
To us it wasnt worth it but you should see one in person to make the choice. We could never find a picture in the brochures either.
Hope this helps, Goodluck with your choice.

Thank you! When I get our Wildcat I'll be sure to re-introduce myself properly! Till then I'll be lurking around trying to learn.

We never had a desire to watch TV outside so I think we're ok with that. The main reason for the second bath is the 4 girls in the rig (3 daughters, one wife). Also a good reason to upgrade in the first place, right now we have a 24 foot travel trailer, no slides; 2 bunks and a fold down sofa.

With 3 daughters, you'll probably appreciate the second bathroom. Look at one of the on-line sites that sells RVs - they might have the photos you're looking for. Those sites were a great source of info when we were looking at 5th wheels.

Thanks Tater, I’ve been combing the dealer and trader sites, lots of great pictures, even some video walkthroughs, but none seem to have the bathroom. I’ll keep looking.

P.S. Thanks again for the warm welcome everyone!

I found one with a couple of pictures of the second bath. I don't think it is new, but gives you an idea of what it does to the main living area.

Ah, I see, I never would have found that, I was searching for 32QBT not 32QBBS – I guess that’s the older model number?

I think the QBT is a new floor plan, I see the front is completely different but the back should be the same.

Thanks maxum1989!

I also did a little creative PhotoShop and made the combined floor plan:

This link is from where I bought my cat. They have a 2011 with the exta bathroom. There is a picture showing the living room side and the actual bathroom itself. I have two daughters as well and I can say the extra bath was a great choice.

Good Luck
