Door protector

Post by Tracker16 on 7/7/2010, 5:13 am

My grandson was putin a hurtin on my door pushing and leaning on the screen and kicking the bottom section. So I got a 24" sliding screen door protector and took one end apart, slid the screen part out and cut it to size.I slid the screen back in,cut the mounting ears to length, painted it and...No more pushed out screen.

Our lovely family monster... i mean pet is tough on everything, i cut thin sheets of luan and Velcroed it onto the lower half of the door on the inside and outside. works great easy to clean and no paw holes.

I know what you mean, I have to replace the upper screen after our Golden jumped up...
